Picks from Chinatown.

Cassava Root

The Mouse figured out how to clean it. Back of the knife to scrape the bark off, vegetable peeler to peel the outside.

The Mouse parboiled, then toaster ovened it.

The Cat’s likes. The Mouse sliced off the ribs, boiled in salt water.
