The Mouse wishes he could say the view at the start of an adventure, seeking treasure, or righting a wrong (hunting hoarding dragons?) but alas, only the drive to work. Hee hee.

Purple Sweet Potato Cheesecake Tart

Two bite sized. Nom.

Vegetables with Hummus

Frozen spinach and frozen okra. Zapped in the micro, topped with hummus. Desk lunch.

Tomato

Simply sliced, salt and peppered. Dinner.

Purple, green, red. “Taste the rainbow.” Hee hee.

Enjoy. Eat well.
