Fifty percent off breakfast, this weekend only. The Mouse tried after blood test. Place used to be owned by one of The Cat’s clients but sold. New owners, hence the soft opening.
Kalua Pork Loco Moco on Fried Rice
No extra charge for the fried rice (sometimes, at other places, fried rice is an upcharge), so The Mouse went with it. Two eggs, nom! In hindsight, with the kalua pork and gravy, the fried rice was a flavor bomb. Too much for The Mouse to handle. But tasty. The rice kinda looked like broken rice. Wonder if it was due to the tossing in the wok (The Mouse is assuming a wok was used) or maybe the flattop?
And since it was fifty percent, and a blood test was involved …

Overall, good job, except for the fifty percent off, a little pricey for The Mouse, if prices were just a little bit lower, say a dollar or two, The Mouse would be more comfortable. Maybe that’s just the “pake” in The Mouse. Jus’ my opinion.
