This week’s one-pot dish. Braised ground pork with turnip.
Start with.
Browned and braised with salt, whiskey, liquid smoke.
Added diced turnip, braised a little more. Added turnip greens and turned off heat with cover off.
So good over rice or noodles! Kinda a riff kalua pork with cabbage, but spoonable. No need chopsticks or fork. Hee hee.
