This Week’s One Pot

Getting chilly (relatively).

This week’s one pot started with.

Pork Belly

Browned and braised little over 90 minutes with salt, liquid smoke, shoyu, sake, and whiskey.

Added turnip and braised for another hour or so.

Braised Pork Belly and Turnip (Kalua Flavor)

Nom!

Enjoy. Eat well.
