Another bowl of jook. Made to order.

The Mouse made from scratch. Fresh rice, lentil, soy beans, spinach, seaweed, pork fu, sesame seed.

And a try try. Since The Cat likes roasted Brussels Sprouts, The Mouse thought to try the same method to broccoli.

Oven Toasted Broccoli

Olive oil, salt, toaster oven 400 degrees 20 minutes. Not as browned as The Mouse hoped, but still kinda worked.

Note to self, need butane torch. Hee hee.

Enjoy. Eat well.
