The usual Sunday routine is farmers market, “brunch”/lunch, mini hibernate, “light” dinner.
Yesterday was a little different. “Early” breakfast (before farmers market).
The Cat’s order.
Fire-Roasted Portobello Mushroom & Avocado Benedict
With grilled local tomato & fresh spinach. Hash brown (crispy), and fruit slices.
The Mouse’s order (French Toast sandwich) took a little assembling.

The Mouse thought order would come assembled, but, it was DIY.
Two Farm Fresh Eggs, Four Strips of Bacon
Menu says two strips of bacon, and two link sausages, The Mouse asked to make it four strips of bacon, skip the link sausage. Hee hee.
The Mouse’s Open-Faced Sweet Bread French Toast “Sandwich”
A little drizzle of syrup and shoyu (that salty sweet thing). 🙂
Bacon was crispy enough to eat in hand.
Dinner was an “adventure”. Post soon.
