Headquarters of the first European/Japanese bakery around the corner from The Mouse’s new job location (a good thing and a bad thing).
The Mouse had to clear his head, too many numbers, dates, and transactions floating around. Took a walk during lunch break, of course, ended up at the bakery. Hee hee.
Bread-y bun, hamburger, egg, “gravy”. Bun was almost sweet bread-y, challah-like in taste/texture. Toppings were a bit on the dry-side, kinda expected from a “pastry” version. Not bad for a try-try. Price was reasonable.
Would The Mouse but this again? Possibly.
Dinner was take-out from the local “drive-in” up the street.
Rice went to The Cat’s “jook”. The Mouse ate the mac salad, eggplant was shared. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.
