Two Sandwiches

Mid-week farmers market to buy bread. Didn’t exactly have the type The Mouse wanted so “settled”. Sigh.

And since The Mouse was there …

A quick stop at Ruby Tuesday. Hee hee.

Classic Burger

Medium rare. One of The Mouse’s “usual”.

And … being “pake”, gotta make two meals out of one. Hee hee.

So … first meal is what the server called the “salad” sandwich.

Burger for later, left side untouched, right side loaded up with mushrooms and bacon from the salad bar. 🙂

Next night, bread (from the farmers market), the burger, schmear of Vegemite, Dijon mustard, and pickles from Picnics from the Vine (farmers market vendor), and shiso leaves.

Probably the last shiso leaves of the season. 😦

In The Mouse’s humble opinion, the second burger was better than any commercial combination. 🙂
