Unexpected late night for The Cat. The Mouse was prepping The Cat’s egg drop soup. Since The Cat ate at the office, The Mouse had to use the eggs in another way.
Scrambled Eggs
Simple, salt and pepper, and a splash of honey whiskey.
Veggie “Deli Slices”
Square bread, butter, veggie deli slice, scrambled eggs.
The Mouse’s Din Din
Okay, so not really an egg benedict, but the components (except for the Hollandaise sauce) were kinda there? Whatever the case, The Mouse ate. 🙂
Too bad Chef H’s chili was pau. Would’ve made a great topper to the mess. Hee hee.
The leftover eggs are for The Cat’s lunch today, she’s sleeping in (tax season recovery).
