Epic Lunch

Opps! Forgot to hit the publish button. Face palm!

Although campus closed half day yesterday, The Mouse did too much running around, mostly sitting in traffic. Bleh.

Late lunch. Ruby Tuesday. Meatloaf special.

With salad bar.

The Mouse’s Salad

All his favorite, broccoli, salsa, cucumber, corn, mushroom, and bacon of course. 🙂

Then the centerpiece of the lunch.

Meatloaf!

With a naked baked potato.

Meatloaf, one of The Mouse’s favorite comfort foods. Just don’t get to have it too often.

This version was heated in a cast iron skillet resulting in a lot of kogi bits. Yay! Brown gravy was perfect. The Mouse added a little accouterment to the potato.

Bacon from the salad bar

Jus’ because. Hee hee.

‘Shrooms

Also from the salad bar. ‘Cuz in The Mouse’s opinion ‘shrooms and beef (and gravy) match made in heaven. Hee hee.

Ended the epic lunch with some fruit, still from the salad bar.

Okay, back to last chance holiday shopping.
