This sauce made with “ayu” sweetfish and salt.

Used the sauce to make a quick bowl of look funn noodles.

The Mouse’s Bowl

Look funn noodles, ayu sauce, wakame seaweed, dried shrimp (just a pinch), dried mushroom, spicy bamboo shoot. Slurp! Nom! 🙂
