Solidified Beautifully

Yesterday. First day of classes on campus. Cashiers have to operate their window constantly. As a show of “unity”, no one goes out for lunch. Office buys lunch in. The Mouse ordered vegetarian chili.

Office also brought in desserts and snacks (co-worker’s b-day).

After eating the cake and fruit, The Mouse was too full for the chili. Took it home for dindin.

The Mouse’s Dinner Plate

Hollowed out baked potato (from Sunday’s lunch), filled with sun-dried tomato, the potato “inside”, topped with Zippy’s vegetarian chili. Nom! 🙂

Today is supposed to be more of the same, just no “free” lunch. Sigh.
