Tender abalone pan sautéed & served with angel hair pasta, juliennes of zucchini, tomato arrabbiata & lemon caper butter.
First time trying non-Chinese style abalone for The Cat and The Mouse. A pleasant experience.
New York steak on a bed of sweet Maui onions & roasted button mushrooms; served with Dauphine potatoes, snap peas & Cabernet reduction.
Kalamasi sorbet with blueberry.
Restaurant is known for their tableside dishes.
Chef Hardy even shared some mangoes with The Cat (he got a great deal, $1.oo each, he bought a hundred for the restaurant).
