One-Pot

No pig feet, no chicken feet this week. Something easy-peasy.

Ground Pork

Browned and set aside. A light sprinkle of salt.

Mushrooms

Stir-fried until moisture starts to come out.

Combine with ground pork and some celery (for texture).

Ground Pork, Mushroom, and Celery Hash?

Seasoned with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and shoyu.

Good on rice or noodles.

Enjoy. Eat well.
