Aaaaand we’re back, rebooted both the computer and the phone (and took a shower while waiting, sorry, TMI).
I thought technology was supposed to be … whatever (don’t get me started) especially at work.
Anyways, tonight, no recipe.
Firm tofu, green onions, sesame seeds, Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground pepper, and sesame oil. Mix, eat.
A couple of pages on the internet included shoyu, but that would’ve changed the color, wanted to keep it “white”.
Not pretty, but easy to eat.
