Parboiled, washed, in the pot, add chicken broth (canned, low sodium), sake, ginger, fresh ground pepper, pinch of salt. Simmer for several hours until soft.
Remove from pot.
To broth, add sweet potato (cleaned and chopped), button mushrooms. Braise until done.
Rice, canned corn, simmered pork foot, braised sweet potato, mushrooms. In separate containers, boiled cabbage and steamed asparagus, and the “bone” soup from cooking.
