Thought they’d be easier (and faster) to cook that pork belly.
Parboiled, washed, boned, cut into cubes. Washed pot.
Peeled and cut.
Picked up cheap at the neighborhood discounter store. I know, we currently have access to Kaua‘i sea salt, but, try try.
Brown pork, add small amount of water, drops of apple cider vinegar, braise, add carrots, add hard cider, add sweet potato, add salt. braise more, about an hour.
Pork came out “like buttah”. 🙂
