Not too much happening in the kitchen this week, for a variety of reasons.
From the campus grab-n-go shop. Not bad, I think the tofu was baked. Too bad they didnʻt put a little char on it. I know the kogi bit wouldʻve brought out flavor and texture.
For The Catʻs lunch. Still trying to perfect the dish. Might take a lifetime.
A dab of butter and a touch of Vegemite. See told ya not much happening in the kitchen.
