The Cat wanted to try this.
I think there are only two ingredients, peanuts and salt. Texture is liquid-y. Canʻt really spread it on bread, the peanut butter kinda slops around. Ick.
So youʻre probably gonna think this is weird. Scoop of steamed brown rice, the above peanut butter, and a little curry seasoning.
For some reason, this was price two 14 ounce bottles for 98 cents.
Although we bought it (because it was cheap, and as pake, we couldnʻt pass up a deal), didnʻt know what to do with it. Didnʻt really fit the Asian inspired cooking we normally do. Took one bottle to work.
Pretty good. Different. But the eggs are bland and the seasoning perks up the scrambled eggs well.
Seasoning went on the chicken, not the collared greens. I think the seasoning works best on bland protein. Finishing the two bottles will be somewhat of a challenge though. Maybe I give one to the cousin.
The collared greens? No bacon nor onions. Sigh. At least they were healthy. 🙂
Tomorrowʻs Friday, yay!
Enjoy. Eat well.
