Pork dishes we’ve eaten this week. Not planned, just happened.
Brussel sprouts and carrots as vegetable. From the campus cafeteria. Not bad, was able to snag a few pieces with fat. Mildly flavored.
From the grocery store on the way home. The Cat’s lunch. Brown rice and mixed vegetables. Gravy over everything. 🙂
Also from the grocery store (the pork). Microwave package rice (brown rice, quinoa, garlic), and frozen mixed vegetables. Chinatown is better, but less convenient.
Made it over the hump. It’s downhill from here. 🙂
