This week’s tomato and eggs trial.
Much more normal than some previous trials (and errors). This time drained some of the tomato liquid during cooking. The eggs were hybrid between Chef Gordon Ramsey style and Chinese style. Seasoning of coconut milk (just a teaspoon or so), salt, pepper, sugar, whiskey, and a drop of shoyu.
At least the dish is looking more “restaurant” like, not sooooo soupy.
Haven’t tasted yet. Cooked more for The Cat’s lunch for tomorrow and Tuesday.
