Lunch was tofu and turnip … again. Maybe this “monk-ish diet” between parties needs some “adjusting”. Hee hee.
Brought in by one of the architects during business with the campus. Maki sushi, egg maki, cucumber, and pickled turnip. Yes, The Mouse partook (a little bit). 🙂
On the way home, stopped in at AJ’s Chinese Fast Foods.
Not to worry (too much). Made a vegetable stir-fry to “balance” out dinner.
Not planned, a “clean out the refrig” kinda dish. It worked. The sweetness of the cabbage played with the bitter melon.
