Change in Schedule

Yesterday’s schedule was a little different (tell you about it later, let’s just say for now cross your fingers).

Lunch was a “grab and go” at Foodland Farms.

From the hot table

Portuguese sausage meatloaf, kalua pork and cabbage, ‘shrooms, and one eggplant.

Shiso and Ume Musubi

Dinner was another “grab and go” to be eaten at home.

One of the vendors at Shirokiya Japan Walk. Meh, at least it was a discounted item.

But the condiments at home were great! 🙂

Given to us from a former co-worker. Guess by the picture, its garlic fried in butter.

This is pretty awesome. Not too garlicky, not too salty, just right.

Cucumber Kimchi

Yay!

Today is another weird schedule day.
