No major soup this week. No chicken feet, pork hock, nor oink tail (aren’t you lucky). This week we thought we’d change it up with ground pork.
The Cat seasoned a package of ground pork.
Salt, sugar, ginger, green onions, splash of Shao Xing wine, shoyu, and sesame seed oil.
Pan fried the batch.
After cooked, the pork can be used as a base for stir-frys, steamed dishes, or quick soups.
Last night, chopped up turnip greens.
Last night. Sautéed ’em with some of the pork.
Will keep you posted on the various iterations.
Message to the cuz B: OMG! Just made a version of loose meat! Heading to therapy immediately! Hee hee! Snort!
Enjoy. Eat well.
