Saw this at the Korean supermarket and just had to get some.

Think an “inside out radish” (red inside, white-ish outside). 🙂

After some “Googleling”, decided to make a watermelon daikon sandwich with butter and salt.

Cleaned, thinly sliced, slightly quick pickled with apple cider vinegar, salt, and sugar. Japanese rice yeast bread, butter, and salt. Nom!

Enjoy. Eat well.
