Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Tofu, cut up, boiled, simmered, drained, squeezed dry
Bitter Melon in hot pan, Oil to coat bottom
Add tofu, stir
Add black bean garlic sauce, approx. 1 tablespoon, stir
Finish with a drizzle, optional.
Enjoy. Eat well.
