“Recycled” from JJ2 Bakery. Thought it was appropriate since the bread was from there. Plus I think the graphics is cute.
Prosciutto Di Parma, Prosciutto San Danielle, and Speck Alto Adige combo with honey mustard on wheat bread. I know, mixing the meat might be sacrilegious, but it’s my sandwich.
Started with these.
Added a pan warmed taro “burger”.
Picked the taro burger a couple of weeks ago at the farmers’ market.
The “burger” tasted great. The texture, not so much. Seems an issue to me for all “vegan” patties I’ve tried so far. Just not “meaty”. Maybe next patty, I’ll use it as a base for chili or eggs or something. Just not as a “burger”.
