Not enough fermented tofu in the sauce.

But considering Chef P’s advice, don’t dine out on Mother’s Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve (I guess we add Chinese New Year’s Eve to the list), not bad.

As you can imagine, we had leftovers.
