From JJ2 Bakery, the Chinese/Euro bakery near the mall.
Bread is square, “Japanese” style.
Busy season (at least until May). Decided to start packing sandwiches.
“Whole wheat”
Not as “gritty” as the full fiber breads, still has a little “grit”.
Turkey Sandwich
Wanted to pick up cured meat from the R. Field and Company, never made it.
Just regular grocery store pre-packed cold cuts.
Peanut Butter and Jam
Bread is excellent for PB&J. Soft yet “substantial”. 🙂
As a bonus, friends A & D from AJ’s Chinese Fast Food gave us some “Spanish” rolls from Nanding Bakery.

We missed the connection, these are one day old. That’s okay, pop ’em in the toaster oven, (almost) as good as new. 🙂
