Without going into details, yesterday was extraordinarily tiring, physically not mentally, resulting in a “too tired to cook” syndrome.
Take out it is.
Lu rou, fried noodles, long bean, kau yuk, and fried rice. Enough for leftovers too. 🙂
Did a quick one-pot thingy.
Winter melon, Napa cabbage, steamed peanuts, and thawed tofu.
Nothing fancy, rustic.
