Organic Okinawan Sweet Potato Croquette
Brown rice, potato salad, Bull Dog sauce.

Did not disappoint. Light texture, not oily, bits of corn mixed in. Socks off. Bull Dog sauce not needed.
The day was not entirely potato and carbs. Dinner (at home) more than made up for the day.
SPAM Musubi, Lu Rou, Kau Yuk
Presentation = 0, Taste = 10.
No worries, dinner included a banana, and celery stick (with peanut butter).
