Diamond Head Market and Grill. Pork (sliced), tofu (duh), lots of onions, a few Shiitake mushrooms, shoyu/sugar seasoning.
The Mouse’s version.
Ground pork, tofu (duh again), lots of head cabbage, dried mushroom powder, shoyu/sugar seasoning, and Shao Xing cooking wine. Less soupy.
Both are good. Very hard to mess up.
My green onions are finely chopped though. 🙂
