A Great Day

At least that’s what my take-out breakfast box said.

Breakfast Bento

From Fukuya Deli (Japanese) and Catering, since 1939 (Wow!). Rice ball with shiso furikake, crab cake, hot dog, and Japanese style omelet. Yum!

Lunch was kinda rushed.

SPAM Musubi

Across the street of the church (Pioneer Saloon, Neither pioneer nor saloon, Japanese take-out) Have to look for the musubi with the thick slices of SPAM. Found ’em. 🙂

Dinner was a surprise, went to pick-up some lu rou from A J’s Chinese Fast Food. And ran into this.

Pork Pancake

Pan-fried, stuffed with ground pork, water chestnuts, and green onions. Here let me show you.

Big yum, shared a little bit with The Cat, she said yum too.

No worries, picked up an order of lu rou too (for lunch today). 🙂

All in all, the take out box was correct, a great day. Maybe the box was psychic. Hee hee.
