My contract work is almost at the end of downtown, bordering on an area that is currently light industrial (auto repair shops, small warehouses, etc). Lunch choices tend to be from “mom and pop” businesses. A sample from the lunch house I occasionally frequent.
Another place where I love their salad dressing. Kalua pork and cabbage is a way to “stretch” the protein into more servings. If done well, one of The Cat’s favorite plate lunch selections.
The church where my other job is, is kinda in an upper scale neighborhood. Not only that, it’s near a couple of tourist attractions. Food businesses (and selections) tend to reflect the area (prices too). A sample.
I know you have the disadvantage of not smelling and not tasting, but, which plate would you choose? Both are perfectly acceptable, but I do have a preference. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.
