Last night’s leftovers.
Just run-of-the-mill leftovers.
Chicken stock, leftover rice, whole wheat pasta, Napa cabbage, and the “ants on the forest floor”. At least it’s colorful. 🙂
Frozen tofu, defrosted, quick braised with leftover spicy eggplant. The spongy texture of the tofu absorbs the sauce. Mmm.
