Romaine lettuce, slightly stir-fried with sun-dried tomato.

Romaine lettuce, caramelized onion, celery, sun-dried tomato. Finished with fresh ground black pepper and a dash of dark rum. 🙂

Why “fried” salad? Because of the lettuce.

Sautéed, stir-fried, chop suey … semantics. Hee hee.

Still trying to eat “colorful” foods.
