At the church.

“Breakfast”
Spinach, blueberry, and pinenut salad, hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, and salsa. All leftovers in their refrig from previous meals. Works for me.

Lunch
More leftovers from the parents’ lunch day with their pre-schoolers. teriyaki chicken, kalua pork, baby greens salad with quinoa, raw broccoli and cauliflower, residual cabbage from garlic chicken (the cabbage is used as a filler to absorb some of the oils, sometimes I like the cabbage more than the meat ๐ ), and a chocolate chip cookie (wasn’t my fault, one pre-schooler gave it to me, couldn’t say no, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it).

Dinner
The cucumber ย “scraps” from stuffing the fishcake. Cucumber sandwich with a thin spread of mayo and yellow mustard on high fiber bread. “Waste not … ”
Eating on ย the cheap. ๐
Enjoy. Eat well.
