Mussels Pasta
Business lunch with one of The Cat’s associates. The Cat forgets to take a picture before tucking in. Sigh.
Pork Guisantes and Pork Squash
From the lunch house the other day. Both were on the soupy side, hence the “blobby” characteristic. Not complaining, is what it is, and it’s good. 🙂
Chicken Salad and Taro Bread
Lunch today, provided by one of the church staff, relatively not too messy, but included anyway. 🙂

Steamed Meat? Why?
One of my cuz’s “comfort foods”. I’m still trying to wrap my head around “steamed meat” or “loose meat” (think sloppy joe’s without the sauce, I know scary).
The Loose Meat Phenomena
The only explanations I can come up with is 1. she’s from the midwest, and 2. “she not local”. 🙂
