Goya (Bittermelon) Chanpuru (Stir Fry)
Along with bittermelon, tofu, and eggs, choice of pork, chicken, bacon, tuna (canned), shoyu pork, or SPAM. Guess which meat The Mouse picked. Take a minute to think … SPAM! (of course). Bacon and shoyu pork came in a distant second and third. To me, the saltiness of SPAM goes well with the bittermelon.

Too funny, the restaurant makes the jello with the spoon in. I guess then they don’t have to look for a spoon. Hee hee.
There were even leftovers (bittermelon stir-fry) for The Cat’s lunch tomorrow. 🙂
