Saturday Sandwich

This Saturday, kinda rainy, lazy, putter around the kitchen kinda day. A sandwich I’ve been thinking about.

The headliner:

Finally found a tin. It’s not Underwood brand, but similar.

The supporting characters:

The Bread

The “Cheese” (for the lactose intolerant)

The “Acid” Balance

To cut the heaviness of the liver and “cheese”. Same kind of ginger served at sushi restaurants to clear the palate.

The Sandwich

And of course, this kind of sandwich needs …

Tomato Soup
