Only for today, it was a state holiday, The Mouse had a little more time to “play” in the kitchen. Usually The Cat’s ramen is a one pot dish (throw everything in … ).
Thought I’d try a “layered” dish today.
In the bowl.
Started with the broth. Simmered a little teriyaki SPAM from the previous post, added a salmon tail. Took the tail out and cooked tomato colored spaghetti.
Layered sautéed celery and Napa cabbage, deglazed with dark rum.
Added back the tail.
Topped with pan-fried potato.
Probably won’t find this dish in any ramen shop. The Cat judged it yum. 🙂
