One of the dishes I absolutely, positively love in Shanghai is tofu with hairy crab eggs. All the taste of crab, none of the work. Problem is whenever we order it, all of The Cat’s friends and relatives love it too. The Mouse usually gets a tiny little spoonful.
Anyway, I digress. The Cat was hungry tonight. The Mouse was feeling a little creative (a little bit of this, a little bit of that, hope for the best) 😉
