Thought this was the last week for extended hours at the church. Turns out the reverend, church board, and officers want more of my “experience”. Good is I get more work, bad is schedule going to be a bit wonky for a while more.
Grabbed a “clearance” sandwich for lunch on the way to church today.
Roasted Chicken Sandwich
Seems this sandwich is often in the clearance bin. Either they’re making too many or … hmm. Still waiting for the ahi or roasted lamb sandwiches to become “clearance”.
Dinner was an impromptu tuna sandwich (not tuna salad, no mayo). Another late night for The Cat.
Canned Tuna, Peanut Butter, Capers, and Green Onion on Baguette Sandwich
My cousin is probably gagging at this moment. All I can say is “don’t knock it until you try it” (just sayin’).
