Porkday

No “Sesame Street” episode today. I was going to spell Friday with “Ph” instead of “F”, but that would be lame. Plus, I think someone already thought of that and didn’t want to commit copyright infringement.

All I could think of was fish and that wasn’t happening today.

Friday should just be renamed Porkday, so much easier.

Brunch

Roast pork “moco”. Roast pork (with gravy) instead of a hamburger patty. Soooooooo much better IMHO. Left for work a little earlier just so I could pick one up (the “lunch house” stops serving these at 10:00 am.). I was good for breakfast and lunch.

For dinner, thought I went slightly lighter.

Baguette Sandwich

Celery, faux Kalua pork, green onion, Sriracha mayo. Yum.
