A short post today.
The Cat “cooks” (more like assembled, it’s a cold dish).
Our cousin, B, plates it better (with more ingredients). The Cat’s version is basic, soft tofu, the “thousand-year old” egg, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seed oil. Not really Mouse food (it’s a textural thing), but The Cat enjoyed it.
The Mouse made a sandwich with the leftover Kalua pork.
On a toasted ciabatta roll. Everyone was happy. 🙂
