While The Cat was attending those “fancy” business meeting meals (see previous post), The Mouse went off and got his own “happy meal”.

Braised Pork Belly

Only restaurant I know (Hunan Cuisine) that lets you order their braised pork belly by the piece (kind of an off-menu option). Ordered four pieces, two for immediate consumption, one for The Cat’s lunch the next day (today), and one extra for The Mouse (tomorrow’s lunch).

Now if I can only convince the restaurant to include a little toy with the braised pork belly, then it would truly be a “happy meal”. Hee hee.
