Ohh soo goooooood! My work are increased for several months starting today. My hours are two hours in the morning, a one and one-half hour break, then four hours in the afternoon. Lunch was roast pork plate lunch (local style).

Slow cooked pork shoulder, sliced, seared on the flattop, covered with gravy. Awesome! Less than nine dollars! The searing gives the pork a crispy texture on the outside while the slow cooking makes the interior tender (like buttah!). Socks flew off. Forgot to take chomp views, too busy inhaling the food, sorry. 🙂

Definitely going back.
