House Salad

Linguine Vegetale

The pasta on the menu is Fusilli Vegetale, spiral pasta with seasonal vegetables, tomato, extra virgin olive oil and parmesan cheese. Asked them if  they could do linguine instead since it is long noodle night. Hee hee.

The Cat ordered clams.

Linguine alle Vongole

Linguine with fresh clams in a white wine sauce with a touch of tomato. On average, a dozen clams, generous.

Must’ve been good. The Cat requested to go back soon.
