More veggies (per my doctor), doesn’t necessarily mean low cal (at least not today). Lunch was (if I do say so myself) pretty good:
Bacon lardon (just a tiny bit)
Charred Brussel Sprouts (the only way)
Turnip Greens
Chives
Grape Tomatoes (halved)
Sautéed in Olive Oil
Tossed with spaghetti
Deglazed with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
Salt and Shichimi Togarashi to taste
Topped with kimchi
OMG! Have to do this again. 🙂
